A
Dear Diary,
For A, I thought I'll start out with Ephesians 4:32
"And be ye kind to one another."
Kindness is a calling. A constant reminder. Just as we were shown kindness, we ought to do the same.
Our world today is in dire need of kindness. With a global pandemic, job losses, salary cuts, health scares, climate crisis, political upheaval, everyone can do with a little kindness : strangers, animals and the environment.
Suspended meals and suspended coffee, Street Fridges, Wall of Kindness are some of the different forms in which I have seen communities reach out.
A little kindness can go a long way.
Hope you have been kind today, in thought, word and deed.
TSV.
This is a great theme.
ReplyDeleteKindness does make a great difference.
Great start to the series.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pertinent word it is - Kindness.
We feel so good when someone is kind to us.
Others too feel just the same when we are kind to them.
Take care. :-)
I agree, it works both ways. Thank you for stopping by.
DeleteSuch a simple yet profound start. Here from AtoZ from India https://poojapriyamvada.blogspot.com/2021/04/anteayer-newnormal-a2z.html

I love old school things. Handwritten letters are a favorite. The time, effort and thought is sans comparison. Thank you for dropping by.
DeleteLove you theme, and I especially think it's important it be kind to others, including animals and the planet, who can never repay us.
ReplyDeleteThank you Pamela. Absolutely, a little kindness goes a long way.
