A New Beginning.

Dear Diary,

April is here and so is The A - Z Challenge. A virtual hug to Arlee Bird from Tossing it out, and all the co - hosts. You guys are absolutely the best.

For A this year, I choose A New Beginning.

I am at that point in my life where one phase is over. Two days back I wrote the last paper of my college life. Five years have passed in a jiffy and looking back, I'm unsure as to what happened in the middle.

I still remember, the first day I entered college and second week of coming June, will see me walk up the stage and collect my convocation certificate. While many of my friends look at it as the end, for me it's a new beginning.

I don't know what is store for me, but I do know that it will be something good and something worthwhile. New friends, new people, new places, new things to learn, new things to explore, new discoveries to be made.

I know that a new beginning comes with it's own burden of  : 'what if's' and ' i'm not too sure' but that does not mean, that you chicken out and don't give it a shot. If you are at that point in your life, where you find that you are about to make a new beginning,  don't worry, it's for the good. Seize it and make the best use of it. You will look back at the end and realize that it was all worth it.

Looking forward to my new beginning.

The Sunday Visitor.

  5. Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! That's wonderful. :) I look forward to hearing about your new adventures!

For me, my undergrad degree feels like soooo long ago now. I graduated in 2002 after 4 yrs (undergrad + honours year). Then in 2006 I did a year of postgrad, to qualify as a librarian. So all up I've done 5 yrs. All of it long ago though.

  7. Well said, and with your attitude your new beginning will be fabulous. Too many look at things as the end, with a negative attitude not much is available to them. You're opening a door, not closing one.
