H is for Happiness

I recommend : Happiness
I was inspired
by the William Pharell Song : Happy. If you have not heard here it is the

(I like the minion version as it's cute)
I
often hear people who say, only if I have a bigger car or a mansion or a better
job will I be happy. Earlier I used to be like that, my happiness depended on
my marks. Then I spoke to this wonderful person who told me that two extra
marks would only make me happy for two minutes, but the amount of time that I
spent crying over it was much more. I should be happy any way, rejoice that I
completed another exam.
Voila
since then I try to be happy in every situation. Don’t bother about what you
don’t have, if it’s destined for you, you will get it but keep working hard. Don’t
equate your happiness with material goods or it will take a lifetime, or more
than that to be happy. Happiness is a state of mind and if you can find
happiness in small things, you will never be sad.

Happy is good, happy is wonderful, I wish everyone could be happy. Simply smiling is good for you so when I realise I'm wandering places looking like a cloud is hanging over me I try to smile. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but it's always worth a go.

DeleteHappiness is indeed a state of mind, you presented an excellent example! It is not so much what happens to us or what comes to us, but how we react to it and what we value. For me, happiness is in relationships, in caring for others, and not so much tied up in material things. I am very happy to have met you in the blog world - you are bright spot in my life! <3
